The source code of the latest version: ners-20210824.tar.bz2. The library provides several functions that perform computation of the Earth orientation parameters and the rotation matrix. The library automatically communicates with the NERS server, downloads the coefficients of the expansion of the Earth orientation parameters, and computes the parameters and their derivatives using these coefficients. It returns either the value of the Earth orientation parameter (or a group of parameters) at the specified epoch in a range since 1976.01.01 through 48 hours in the future or a time series of this parameter with the specified time range and the specified time step.
The current version supports Linux and Mac OS operating systems. Interface to Fortran, C, and Python3 is provided.
